Order Non-delivery

If we fail to begin delivering your order within the estimated "Average Time", you may contact us for a full refund or exchange for another package of equivalent value.

Partial Delivery

If an order drops and we are unable to fulfill our Refill Guarantee, you will receive a prorated refund correlating to the missing amount to the original payment source.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

You cannot receive a refund if your page URL was entered incorrectly on your end, or if your page was taken down by Facebook for content violations unrelated to our services.
